Realizing the tremendous potential of solar power, Eshaan Energy Pvt Ltd is harnessing to promote green energy. Established in 2013 in Vijayawada, the new state capital of Andhra Pradesh with an objective of promoting, developing and maintaining power projects based on renewable sources to meet the ever increasing power demand of the country and the region.

Bad Staffelstein / Germany, October 26, 2017 – ESHAAN ENERGY, a global leader in photovoltaic (PV) systems and energy storage, has been a member of the United Nations Global Compact (UNGC) since August 2017. As the largest international initiative for responsible corporate management, it brings together 12,000 companies, organisations and public institutions in 170 countries. By participating in the UNGC, ESHAAN ENERGY is committing itself to report transparently about its activities and to pursue the vision of a sustainable global economy that conserves resources and benefits everyone
The UNGC is a United Nations sustainability initiative that focuses on ten principles covering the areas of human rights, labour standards, environmental protection and preventing corruption. By participating in the initiative, ESHAAN is publicly committing itself to these principles and actively supporting their implementation.
Udo Möhrstedt, founder and CEO of ESHAAN says: “Three of the ten UNGC principles cover environmental and climate protection. As a solar company, we are already on the right track in this regard, as we promote the development of environmentally friendly technologies and green business models. By participating in the UNGC, we are making an even greater moral commitment to having a positive impact on the environment across the entire value chain of our products.”
ESHAAN has been certified according to DIN EN ISO 9001 for quality management, DIN EN ISO 14001 for environmental management and BS OHSAS 18001 for occupational safety and health protection since 2012. The company implements numerous environmental and labour measures in this regard and also requires that its suppliers meet these standards. As a consequence of its membership of the UNGC, ESHAAN will further increase its own climate management activities and significantly reduce its CO2 emissions in the years ahead.
As a UNGC company, ESHAAN is obliged to report on its progress in implementing the ten principles and the activities it has undertaken to promote sustainable development. This annual Communication on Progress (COP) is aimed at business partners, customers and suppliers, and is available for public scrutiny on the UNGC website.

Phani is a motivational leader and fun to work with. He has a profound understanding of the Indian Solar market place and the opportunities therein. Integrity and Initiative has been his hallmark and believes in leading by example and from the front. He infuses tremendous energy in the team and significant momentum to the enterprise.A Master of Science in Information Technology from Allahabad Institute of Technology and is currently pursuing his PhD.

Anil brings in 12 years of his rich and valuable experience in Electrical Engineering, Technology, Consulting.
